Assistant Manager - Placements

Position Overview

We are looking for smart dynamic professionals to join our Career Services team to take ownership & contribute to our efforts in placements for online degree program vertical. Proven track records, passion & network in campus placements, aggressive corporate engagement, strategic academic-industry partnerships would be a mandatory need. The professional will play a pivotal role in shaping the career journeys of students across Management & IT domains.

Location: MG Road, Bengaluru Experience Required: 28 years in Placements

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop strategic relationships with corporates, startups, and organizations for internships and final placements. • Manage end-to-end placement activities including employer outreach, scheduling interviews, pre-placement talks, and offer follow-ups. • Coordinate with academic departments to align placement activities with curriculum outcomes. • Guide students on career planning, resume writing, interview skills, and professional etiquette. • Conduct and coordinate training workshops, mock interviews, and skill enhancement programs. • Maintain and update placement records, recruiter databases, and student performance reports. • Organize campus recruitment drives, industry interaction sessions, job fairs, and alumni engagement events. • Ensure regular communication with students and manage placement-related queries and grievances. • Prepare placement reports, feedback analysis, and provide inputs for institutional improvement.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree (mandatory); Masters degree (preferred) • 2–8 years of experience in placements, career services in University or Edtech
