Inviting applications for the role of Assistant Manager, Pharma Digital Campaign Analytics We are seeking a data analyst with expertise in clickstream data and Adobe Analytics. The ideal candidate will have experience working with call activity and digital activity data, along with proficiency in data crunching and exploratory data analysis (EDA). The candidate should have worked on advanced analytics projects within the pharma domain and possess basic knowledge of the industry. Strong independent problem-solving skills and the ability to present data insights effectively through storytelling are essential. Responsibilities . Analyze clickstream data using Adobe Analytics to derive actionable insights. . Work with call activity and digital activity data to enhance customer engagement strategies. . Perform data crunching and EDA to identify trends and patterns. . Lead advanced analytics projects to support business decision-making in the pharma domain. . Present findings effectively using storytelling techniques to engage stakeholders. . Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate data-driven solutions within the pharma industry Qualifications we seek in you! Minimum Qualifications . Bachelor&rsquos degree in data science, analytics, computer science, or a related field. . Proven experience with clickstream data analysis and Adobe Analytics. . Strong background in handling call activity and digital activity data. . Proficiency in data crunching, EDA methodologies, SQL, or Python. . Experience in advanced analytics projects within the pharma domain. . Basic knowledge of the pharma industry and its data requirements. . Familiarity with Power BI or any visualization tool is a plus Preferred Qualifications/ Skills . Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills. . Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment. . Excellent communication and presentation skills for storytelling. .
