Assistant Manager (Perfume Company)

As an Assistant Manager in the Packaging Department at our Source & Development team, located in Makkah, Saudi Arabia, you will play a crucial role in the development and management of packaging for perfumes and cosmetic products. Your responsibilities will involve overseeing the entire packaging process, ensuring functionality, aesthetics, and compliance across primary, secondary, and tertiary packaging components. You should hold a Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Science, with a Level 5 Diploma in Packaging Technology from a recognized institute. A minimum of 5 years of experience in packaging development, sourcing, and supply chain management is required, preferably within the perfumery or cosmetics industry. Prior experience in the Gulf region would be advantageous. Your key responsibilities will include developing innovative and sustainable packaging solutions, collaborating with product development and marketing teams on design conceptualization, and managing vendor relationships. You will also be responsible for overseeing sampling and approvals, conducting pre-production quality control, ensuring documentation and compliance, and coordinating supply chain activities. The salary range for this position is SAR 6,000 - 7,000 per month, depending on your experience and qualifications.
