Job Summary:
We're seeking an experienced Assistant Manager to lead our Pan India Support team in the freight forwarding industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in customer service, documentation, and pricing, with excellent communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide Pan India support to customers and internal teams
- Manage and resolve customer complaints and issues
- Develop and implement effective customer service strategies
- Oversee documentation and pricing processes
- Ensure excellent communication and coordination with various teams
Requirements:
- 7-10 years of experience in freight forwarding industry
- Strong knowledge of documentation and pricing processes (Pan India)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Hindi is must
- Ability to work independently and lead a team
