Assistant Manager Packaging

Role & responsibilities

• Ensure employee safety, strictly control the raw material consumption, improve production, quality and reduce customer complaints, the timely completion of the daily workload.
• VPO plant reaches target
• In the security model indicators in line with the premise of safety indicators better than or equal to the target value
• CC indicators in the context of Compliance or better than the target value, MO or PC indicates compliance to or better than the target value
• This position require to lead VPO pillar at brewery level as per the requirement of your department.
• Under the premise of standard indicators LEF or better than the target value, GLY indicating compliance or better than target
• Brewing a better world in the context of the total water consumption and energy consumption indicators of compliance or better than the target value, indicating loss of compliance or better than target.
• Packaging yield, packaging extract loss, packaging labor productivity, packaging microbial index, lost time injuries, injury severity rate.
• Participate in daily production meetings, gathering records of each squad, grasp the day of completion of production tasks, report production and operation tasks;
• According to the company's packaging technology requirements of the critical control points control to ensure product quality to meet and exceed the company's packaging average standard;
• Organization Executive packaging production plan, supervise and control the entire process of packaging production, packaging production plan to ensure the successful completion;
• Multichannel understand packaging production status, analyze and solve problems arising in the course of packaging, packaging production line to ensure stable and efficient operation
• Tracking changes in production planning, supervision and ensure Planner timely adjust production plans;
• According to the respective target plant performance evaluation program, the implementation of assessment work, in order to better and more accurately make the employees of promotion, dismissal, incentives, wages, benefits and training programs, and to develop a long-term succession plan, cultivate reserve forces;
• Strengthen communication with their staff to guide staff development plans, improve the overall quality of staff;

Through cooperation and outsourcing company, supervise the contractor responsible for the management of on-site contractor outworkers. Timely and on-site person in charge of the production line of

• communication problems, maximize the utilization of personnel and to ensure compliance department budget

• The timely completion of their Assistant manager arranged to work with the task.
• Master and customize VPO using tools and methods to ensure the KPI control within budget; while continuing to target new challenges, and continually improve performance.

Preferred candidate profile

Education:

B. Tech/B.E in Mechanical Experience:

Technical competencies :

3-6 years multinational production manager, beverage and food industry is preferred; or at least engaged in production management 3-6 years.
