Assistant Manager Operations

As a Facility Operations Manager, you will be responsible for supervising the daily operations of facility services, including maintenance, security, cleaning, and landscaping. Your primary focus will be on ensuring compliance with organizational standards and regulations to maintain a safe and efficient working environment. You will also be in charge of managing relationships with external service providers and contractors, overseeing contracts, performance, and service quality. Your role will involve ensuring cost-effective and timely delivery of services while maintaining high standards. In addition, you will assist in preparing and managing the facility management budget, monitoring expenses, and identifying opportunities for cost savings without compromising service quality. Your financial oversight will be crucial in maintaining the financial health of the facility operations. Safety and compliance will be another key aspect of your role, where you will ensure that all facilities comply with health, safety, and environmental regulations. Regular inspections and audits will be conducted to identify and address potential hazards to maintain a safe working environment. You will also be involved in overseeing facility-related projects such as renovations, space reallocations, and equipment installations. Your focus will be on ensuring minimal disruption to operations and adherence to timelines and budgets throughout the project management process. As a leader, you will supervise and support facility staff, providing training, setting performance goals, and conducting evaluations. Your aim will be to foster a culture of excellence and continuous improvement within the facility operations team. This is a full-time, permanent position with benefits including cell phone reimbursement. The work schedule is during the day shift, and the ability to commute or relocate to Ernakulam, Kerala is preferred. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in facilities management, be willing to travel up to 50%, and work in person at the Ernakulam, Kerala location.,
