Assistant Manager - Operations & Production (Events)

We are seeking an individual who is driven by passion, commitment and dedication. As a Graduate of any degree with a minimum of 5 years of experience in the event management industry, you will play a crucial role in our team. Your responsibilities will include Event Planning & Coordination, Vendor Management, Budget Management, On-Site Management, and Team Leadership. It is essential to have a Bachelor's degree in Event Management along with 5-7 years of experience in event management. Strong organizational and multitasking skills are required, as well as excellent communication and negotiation abilities. You must be capable of working under pressure and handling multiple events simultaneously. This is a Full-time position with a schedule that may include Day shift, Evening shift, and Rotational shift. The ability to commute or relocate to Kochi, Kerala is necessary for this role. Preferred qualifications include a Bachelor's degree and at least 5 years of experience in Event Production and Operations management. The preferred location for this position is Kochi, Kerala.
