Job Description

Role & responsibilities:

For MES testing/trouble shooting/Shop floor Support

Should have experience of maintenance and troubleshooting on PLC, SCADA, DCS and HMI hardware and software.
Should have good exposure in manufacturing execution system (MES) on Syncade, Factory Talk and PAS-X.
Should have knowledge of SQL Server or Oracle or MySQL.
Networking knowledge and its protocols i.e. Ethernet, Modbus, Profibus, Rs 485 and Rs 232.
Should have understanding of multiple PLC, SCADA, and HMI in PLC programming languages like LD, ST, FBD, SFC and IL.
SCADA: E3 studio, Ellipse E3, compact HMI (ABB), Factory talk (AB), In touch (Wonder ware).
Should have exposure good documentation and good practices and Good communication skills.

Preferred candidate profile:

Candidates should have in depth experience in the mentioned roles and responsibilities above. Candidates with Pharmaceutical Industry experience will have an add on advantage.
