Key Responsibilities:

• Proactively engage with OPD patients and provide detailed assistance regarding admission procedures and benefits.
• Guide patients and caregivers on treatment options, insurance coverage, and hospital processes.
• Improve conversion rates from OPD consultations to IPD admissions through consistent follow-ups and counselling.
• Liaise with consultants and clinical teams to ensure smooth admission workflows.
• Maintain MIS and reports related to conversion metrics.

Who Should Apply:

• Professionals with

  2 to 5 years

  of relevant experience in healthcare operations, front office, patient counselling, or admission coordination.
• Strong

  communication and interpersonal skills

  with a focus on patient-centric service.
• High level of

  convincing ability
