 Assistant Manager - OMPL 
 Job Purpose 
This position is open with Bajaj Finance Ltd.  Culture Anchor:

  •  Duties and Responsibilities 
  • Coordinate pre- and post-FCU activities with FCU agency and Head Office on a daily basis and report to Head Office.
  • Update the credit and marketing teams regarding FCU activities.
  • Maintain login registers at the branch and ensure every case is screened and recorded.
  • Check the proper implementation of processes at the branch level.
  • Conduct field investigations of fraud, negative cases, and police actions against fraudsters.
  • Generate and maintain MIS reports pertaining to corrective actions and present them to management to facilitate decision making.
  • Monitor the average TAT (Turnaround Time) for each process and note variance from targeted/desired TAT.
  • Check daily transaction logins and MIS for smooth process efficiency.
  • Handle branch queries through email and resolve queries within TAT; coordinate with Head Office as needed.
  • Investigate fraud cases, coordinate mystery shopping activities, and conduct NON starter investigations and seeding activities on dealers, agencies, and executives to ensure KYC norms.
  • Visit nearby locations for investigations based on Head Office instructions.
  • Coordinate FCU activity for all products (PSBL, LAP, CE, and CD-Finance). Knowledge of all products is a must.

  •  Required Qualifications and Experience 
  • Relevant sales experience in managing large sales channels in multiple market environments.
  • Overall knowledge to source from salaried loans business.
  • Good communication, analytical, and channel management skills.
  • Demonstrated success and achievement orientation.
  • Strong bias for action and driving results in a high performance environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead from the front.
  • Excellent relationship skills.
  • Strong analytical skills to drive channel performance and profitability.
  • Exceptionally high motivational levels and must be a self-starter.
  • Working knowledge of computers.
