Assistant Manager - OMPL
Job Purpose
This position is open with Bajaj Finance Ltd.

Duties and Responsibilities

Coordinate pre and post FCU activity with FCU agency and Head Office on a daily basis, and report to Head Office.

Update credit/marketing teams regarding FCU activities and findings.

Maintain login registers at the branch and ensure every case is screened and recorded.

Check proper implementation at branch level.

Conduct field investigations of fraud, negative cases, and police actions against fraudsters.

Generate and maintain MIS reports pertaining to corrective actions and present the same to management to facilitate decision-making.

Monitor the average TAT (Turnaround Time) for each process and variance from the targeted/desired TAT.

Check daily transaction login and MIS for smooth process efficiency.

Handle branch queries through mail and resolve queries within TAT; coordinate with Head Office as needed.

Investigate fraud cases; coordinate mystery shopping activities and non-starter investigations and seeding activities on dealers, agencies, and executives to ensure KYC norms.

Visit nearby locations for investigation based on Head Office instructions.

Coordinate FCU activities for all products (PSBL, LAP, CE, and CD-Finance); knowledge of all products is required.

Required Qualifications and Experience

Relevant sales experience in managing large sales channels in multiple market environments.

Overall knowledge to source from salaried loans business.

Good communication, analytical, and channel management skills.

Demonstrated success and achievement orientation.

Excellent communication skills.

Strong bias for action and driving results in a high-performance environment.

Demonstrated ability to lead from the front.

Excellent relationship skills.

Strong analytical skills to drive channel performance and profitability.

Exceptionally high motivational levels and must be a self-starter.

Working knowledge of computers.
