Assistant Manager - OMPL
Job Purpose
This position is open with Bajaj Finance Ltd. Culture Anchor:

Duties and Responsibilities

Coordinating the pre and post FCU activity with FCU agency and Head Office on a daily basis, and reporting to Head Office.

Updating credit and marketing teams regarding FCU activities and findings.

Maintaining login registers at the branch and ensuring every case is screened and recorded.

Checking the proper implementation of processes at branch level.

Conducting field investigations of fraud and negative cases, and taking police actions against fraudsters.

Generating and maintaining MIS reports pertaining to corrective actions and presenting the same to management for decision making.

Monitoring the average TAT for each process and variance from the targeted/desired TAT.

Checking daily transaction logins and MIS for smooth process efficiency.

Handling branch queries through mail and resolving queries within TAT; coordinating with Head Office as required.

Investigating fraud cases, coordinating mystery shopping activities, and conducting non-starter investigations and seeding activities on dealers, agencies, and executives to ensure KYC norms.

Visiting nearby locations for investigation based on Head Office instructions.

Coordinating FCU activity for all products (PSBL, LAP, CE, and CD-Finance); knowledge of all products is required.

Required Qualifications and Experience

Relevant sales experience in managing large sales channels in multiple market environments.

Comprehensive knowledge of sourcing from salaried loans business.

Good communication, analytical skills, and channel management skills.

Demonstrated success and achievement orientation.

Strong bias for action and driving results in a high performance environment.

Ability to lead from the front with excellent relationship skills.

Strong analytical skills to drive channel performance and profitability.

Exceptionally high motivational levels; must be a self-starter.

Working knowledge of computers.
