Job Summary:

Assistant Manager Site Operations

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in

  planning, coordinating, and supervising

  all on-site construction activities.
• Manage

  daily site operations

  , including manpower, materials, and machinery allocation.
• Coordinate with

  project engineers, subcontractors, and clients

  to ensure smooth execution.
• Ensure work is carried out as per

  approved drawings, technical specifications, and safety standards.

• Maintain

  daily progress reports, material consumption, and labor deployment records.

• Support the Project Manager in

  scheduling, monitoring progress, and resolving on-site issues.

• Ensure

  adherence to quality, safety, and environmental standards

  at the site.
• Liaise with

  vendors and suppliers

  for material procurement and logistics.
• Assist in

  billing, measurement verification, and documentation

  for client and internal reports.
• Supervise multiple activities simultaneously and ensure project milestones are achieved.
  

Required Qualifications and Skills:

• B.E./B.Tech/Diploma in Civil Engineering

  or equivalent.
• Minimum

  10 years of experience

  in site execution and management in a

  contracting or construction firm.

• Strong knowledge of

  construction techniques, materials, and project coordination.

• Proven ability to

  lead site teams

  and manage multiple work fronts efficiently.
• Proficiency in

  MS Office, AutoCAD

  , and basic project management tools.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
  
• Exposure to

  port or industrial infrastructure projects

  will be an added advantage.

Salary & Benefits:

• CTC:

  6 – 8 Lakhs per annum (based on experience and performance)
• Accommodation and transport facilities may be provided at site.
