Job Description

Responsibilities & Key Deliverables

setup and commissioning of machine shop operations for tractor or automobile components.
Develop and implement Process Flow Diagrams (PFD), PFMEA, and PPAP documentation.
Plan and procure equipment including presses, fixtures, hand tools, and material handling systems (EOT cranes, Jib cranes, hydraulic pallets, lifts).
Ensure optimal line balancing, time studies, and layout creation using AutoCAD.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of assembly processes.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives using lean manufacturing and problem-solving techniques.
Maintain high standards of safety and quality in all shop floor activities.

Experience in lean manufacturing certifications or Six Sigma.
Familiarity with advanced material handling automation.

Experience

3 - 5 years of hands-on experience in machine shop setup and operations.

Experience must include layout planning, equipment commissioning, and process documentation
