Position Name: Assistant Manager Company Name Tricolite electrical industries Ltd Qualification: Diploma/B.Tech in Electrical Engineering Experience: Up to 10 years, working experience in LV and MV, Panel Industry Location: Noida Salary Range: 7.5 to 8 LPA Key Responsibilities 1. Costing Arranging technical clarifications from customers for tendering queries. Coordination with the Tendering Team for timely and techno-commercially correct offer submission. Offer optimization before negotiation. 2. Approach & Negotiation Accompany STL for techno-commercial negotiations wherever possible. Coordinate with customers for their techno-commercial compliances wherever required or advised by STL. 3. Sales Order Files Filling & compiling Design input, Negotiation Sheet, Tender Document, and FOS with final costing and all ISO-related documents. Coordination with OMG for SO creation. 4. Advance Payment Coordinate for receipt of advance payment from the customer as per PO terms. 5. Drawing Approval Coordination with the Design team for on-time drawing submission incorporating all negotiated design inputs. Ensuring timely drawing approval. Ensuring timely release of drawings for planning, procurement, and manufacturing. 6. Customer Inspection Coordinate with OMG & manufacturing for customer inspections. Attend all consultant & customer inspections in the absence of STL. 7. Bank Guarantee Obtain Bank Guarantee format from the customer. Get the format approved by the finance department. Coordinate with finance for timely submission of BG. Retrieval of expired BGs from customers and handing them over to finance. 8. Commercial Ensure collection of all commercial documents & compliances as per finance department inputs. Ensure submission of all necessary documents to the client for payment release as per PO terms. Track and follow up on payments. 9. Erection, Testing & Commissioning (ETC) Coordinate with clients for the expected schedule of ETC. Ensure the customer care team meets client requirements. Coordinate with Customer Care for commissioning & final handover report along with feedback for records. 10. SAP Updation Update all ECL & sales data in SAP for monthly reports.
