Assistant Manager/ Manager - Technical Sales - Pharma Excipients

As a Technical Support Specialist at CBC Corporation India Pvt. Ltd., your role will involve providing technical support to pharmaceutical customers using excipients from CBC's portfolio. Your responsibilities will include: - Regular technical discussions with all customers" R&D teams from the assigned territory through physical and virtual meetings. - Conducting product promotion through technical webinars/seminars and R&D visits. - Generating new projects at customer R&D through free sampling and technical discussions. - Monitoring project progress and maintaining records for the same. - Preparing customer visit reports and monthly reports capturing new business development activities at customer R&Ds. - Coordinating with overseas stakeholders for new excipients sourcing and free sample arrangement activities. - Providing regulatory and documentation support to customers for supplied excipients. - Collaborating with manufacturers/suppliers to resolve technical and quality-related customer queries. - Working with the quality team of the warehouse for GDP compliance and addressing queries raised by customers during warehouse audits. - Preparing market reports for relevant excipients through import data analysis and review. - Coordinating with the sales team for product ready for commercialization. Qualifications required for this role include: - Education: M. Pharma - Minimum 6-8 years of experience in formulation development (solid orals)/technical sales of excipients - Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills - Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities - Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment - Willingness to travel extensively Pan India, as per requirement - Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office Suite.
