Assistant Manager / Manager Public Relations

Role Overview: As an Assistant Manager / Manager Public Relations at PR Professionals (PRP) in Pune, your role will involve developing and executing PR strategies and campaigns for clients in real estate, infrastructure, and allied sectors. You will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with journalists, editors, and influencers across Pune and national media. Your tasks will include drafting press releases, media notes, speeches, and other communication material aligned with client objectives. Additionally, you will manage client servicing, monitor media coverage, analyze outcomes, and organize PR events like press conferences and media interactions. Collaboration with internal teams to ensure consistent messaging and impactful storytelling will be a key aspect of your responsibilities. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and execute PR strategies and campaigns for clients in real estate, infrastructure, and allied sectors. - Build and maintain strong relationships with journalists, editors, and influencers across Pune and national media. - Draft press releases, media notes, speeches, and other communication material aligned with client objectives. - Manage client servicing, including regular updates, reporting, and strategic counsel. - Monitor media coverage, analyze outcomes, and provide actionable insights. - Organize and manage press conferences, media interactions, and other PR events. - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent messaging and impactful storytelling. Qualification Required: - 6-10 years of relevant experience in Public Relations, preferably with a reputed PR consultancy. - Proven expertise in real estate and infrastructure communications. - Strong understanding of Pune city, local issues, and regional media landscape. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills. - Strong networking skills and ability to build media and client relationships. - Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment. - Proficiency in monitoring tools and media databases will be an added advantage.,
