Job Description

We are looking for

dynamic technical professionals (4-15 years experience)

with a

CGD background

for O&M & HSE operations across our

Geographical Areas (GAs)

The role ensures safe, reliable, and efficient operation of CNG/LCNG stations, with a strong focus on uptime, asset integrity, safety compliance, and customer satisfaction.

Assistant Manager to Manager Level

Education

B. Tech BE

Mechanical, Electrical, or Instrumentation Engineering.

Key Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day O&M of
CNG/LCNG stations
, compressors, dispensers, and allied systems.
Ensure uninterrupted CNG supply and quick breakdown resolution.
Execute preventive & predictive maintenance to maximize uptime.
Ensure compliance with
PNGRB, PESO, OISD, HSE
standards.
Lead O&M teams and coordinate with contractors/vendors.
Track and improve KPIs: uptime, MTTR, maintenance cost, asset health.
Manage project-to-O&M transition with complete documentation.
Work with SCADA/ERP systems for operational efficiency.

Skills & Experience

Strong experience in
CGD operations
PNG/CNG, CGS/LCNG, pipeline O&M.
Expertise in
compressor maintenance (online/DBS), equipment upkeep & safety
.
Knowledge of PNGRB, PESO, OISD guidelines.
Leadership, analytical ability, and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in
SCADA/ERP/O&M tools
.
