In this role at CredAble, you will be a part of the legal team responsible for providing legal advice on various financial products and transactions. Your primary tasks will include drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a variety of agreements related to financing, security, securitization, and trade. Key Responsibilities: - Provide legal advice on financial products, loan documentation, debt/debenture issuance, securitization transactions, debt recovery, and other business operations. - Draft, review, and negotiate financing agreements, security documents, securitization agreements, and trade agreements. Qualifications Required: - 2+ years of legal experience in a financial services company (NBFC or ARC) or with a law firm specializing in banking & finance.,
