Job Description

Good exposure in interior design, design coordination and execution of interior fit-outs projects and finishing of high-end luxury segment of residential projects.
Command on planning and sequencing of finishing activities, engineering coordination, contract administration, resource planning & mobilization, quality adherence, material selection of finishing items etc.
Internal coordination with design team, MEP team, procurement/contract for timely supply of stage-wise design and materials for finishing work.
Detailed execution plan / drawings to contractors, SOPs to contractors, close monitoring of execution timeline, timely solutions towards execution bottlenecks, periodic review of design etc.
Capable of taking technical decisions on the spot relating to finishing activities.
MIS weekly & monthly progress of interior finishing activities.
