Assistant Manager/ Manager - Finance Transformation

As a Functional Consultant in Finance Projects and Systems Implementation, you will be responsible for ensuring that financial systems meet business needs and goals. This role requires a blend of finance and technical skills, along with effective communication with stakeholders. Key Responsibilities: - Understanding, documenting, and analyzing business processes and requirements related to financial systems like NetSuite, Workday Adaptive, Tableau, etc. - Accurately capturing and translating business requirements into system functionality. - Designing and implementing solutions aligned with the business's financial needs and goals. - Collaborating with the technical team to translate business requirements into system specifications. - Configuring and customizing financial systems based on business requirements. - Conducting functional testing of implemented systems to ensure they meet business requirements. - Troubleshooting issues during implementation and post-implementation with stakeholders. - Providing training and support to users of financial systems. - Collaborating with project managers to ensure timely project delivery. - Staying updated on the latest financial systems and trends for business benefits. - Conducting post-implementation reviews to assess transition success and identify areas for improvement. Qualifications Required: - Minimum bachelor's degree in finance; MBA or CA preferred. - 7+ years of experience in accounting, finance implementation projects, and working with multiple stakeholders. - Hands-on functional experience with NetSuite ERP. - Strong understanding of finance processes (O2C, P2P, R2R) and systems. - Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. - Effective communication skills with technical and non-technical stakeholders. - Proficient in MS Excel and MS PowerPoint.
