Job Description

We at Yusen Logistics (India) Pvt. Ltd. are hiring for Assistant Manager/ Manager - Finance & Accounts role for Andheri East location.

Role & responsibilities

Responsible for timely reconciliation of IFF Accounts Payable (AP) statements and ensuring accuracy in the remittance process.
Organize and manage IFF AP invoices, supporting documents, and records for both AP and AR (including Freight and PLS transactions).
Coordinate with internal departments and overseas counterparts to resolve queries related to PLS, Freight, and remittance activities.
Prepare and circulate monthly offset summaries for inward and outward remittances to respective countries.
Verify AP results and share reports with overseas offices; assist in preparing outward remittance documentation for Admin, Freight, and Profit Share (OT) transactions.
Support ICA audit confirmations and AR reconciliations for overseas entities.
Assist senior management in preparing reports, inward statements, allocations, and month-end accounting closures.
Ensure accurate posting of monthly accounting entries such as bank payments, journal vouchers, and account allocations within stipulated timelines.

Preferred candidate profile

A detail-oriented finance professional with strong expertise in accounts payable/receivable reconciliation and remittance processes.
Proficient in handling international accounting operations, audit coordination, and monthly financial closures, Adapt at managing cross-functional communication and documentation for Freight, PLS, and Profit Share activities.
Committed to ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely financial reporting in a dynamic business environment.
