RUNWAL RESIDENCY PRIVATE LIMITED is looking for Assistant Manager / Manager (CRM) to join our dynamic team and embark on a rewarding career journey. CRM Strategy Development:Develop and implement strategies to effectively manage customer relationships, enhance customer satisfaction, and drive retention.Define CRM objectives aligned with business goals and customer needs.CRM System Implementation and Management:Select, implement, and manage CRM software or platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, or custom solutions) to streamline processes and customer interactions.Customize CRM systems to meet specific business requirements and user needs.Data Management and Analysis:Manage customer databases, ensuring data accuracy, integrity, and security.Analyze customer data, trends, and behavior to derive actionable insights for improving customer experiences.Customer Engagement and Retention:Develop strategies for customer engagement, including personalized marketing, loyalty programs, and targeted communication.Implement retention strategies to reduce churn and increase customer lifetime value.Team Leadership and Training:Lead and mentor a team responsible for CRM operations, ensuring alignment with CRM strategies and objectives.Provide training on CRM systems and best practices to enhance user adoption and proficiency.Performance Monitoring and Reporting:Track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to customer acquisition, satisfaction, and retention.Prepare reports and presentations on CRM performance, trends, and recommendations for improvement.Skills and Qualifications:CRM Expertise: In-depth understanding of CRM principles, strategies, and technologies.CRM Software Knowledge: Proficiency in using CRM software or platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.) and their customization.Data Analysis: Ability to analyze customer data, extract insights, and make data-driven decisions.Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to engage customers and collaborate with cross-functional teams.Leadership: Strong leadership skills to lead a team, set objectives, and drive CRM initiatives forward.
