As a member of the MENA Assurance Leadership Team at EY, you will play a crucial role in supporting leadership decisions and project management for special projects aimed at achieving business objectives. Your responsibilities will involve providing analysis and insights that drive business performance, gathering necessary information, and supporting successful change initiatives. Building strong internal networks to share best practices and relevant information will also be a key aspect of your role. Your key responsibilities will include: - Balancing your time between project management and analytics - Reaching out to individuals at all levels of the organization across different geographies to gather required information - Creating leadership presentations To qualify for this role, you must have the following qualifications: - Strong data analytics and Excel skills, including pivot tables - Excellent oral and written communication skills - Creative mindset to create powerful MS PowerPoint presentations - Strong listening and interpersonal skills - Ability to analyze and derive insights from multiple sources of information - Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively with virtual teams - Capacity to work under tight deadlines with flexibility - Ability to summarize activities and apply appropriate documentation standards Ideally, you will also have: - Masters in Business Administration - At least 8 years of proven work experience in a strategic business analyst/support role - Experience in Big 4 or Business Consulting - Advanced MS Excel and PowerPoint skills EY is looking for highly motivated individuals with excellent problem-solving skills, the ability to prioritize shifting workloads, and effective communication skills.
