Role Overview:

Key Responsibilities

General Accounting Management:
Oversee day-to-day accounting operations, ensuring continuity and that backups are in place for all critical tasks.
Cash Transactions Handling:
Manage all cash transactions related to the real estate operations, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
Data Entry Monitoring:
Ensure accurate data entry of all bills, imprest, receipts, expenses, and payments in both manual logs and accounting software.
Account Reconciliations:
Conduct monthly and quarterly reconciliations to verify reporting accuracy and maintain up-to-date ledgers.
Vendor & Contractor Payments:
Maintain thorough records of bills, work orders, and other documentation before processing payments to vendors, contractors, and daily laborers.
Financial Documentation Compliance:
Ensure all financial transaction records, files, and documents are properly maintained and accessible for audits and internal reviews.
Bank Coordination:
Liaise with banks to manage all banking-related transactions, ensuring smooth and timely processing.
Personal Assignments for MD
: Execute personal financial assignments or special tasks as directed by the Managing Director.
Internal Purchase & Asset Management:
Keep track of internal office purchases, including IT assets, equipment, and other telecommunication facilities.
