Assistant Manager - Maintenance

Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct routine maintenance of

  Injection Moulding Machines, Blow Moulding Machines

  and other related machinery to ensure optimal performance and minimize downtime.
• Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical and electrical issues in plant equipment.
• Execute preventive and predictive maintenance programs to enhance the reliability of machinery and utilities.
• Monitor and maintain plant utilities such as

  HVAC systems

  ,

  compressed air systems

  ,

  water treatment

  , and

  electrical distribution

  .
• Ensure efficient operation of machinery and utilities to support production processes.
• Work closely with production teams to align maintenance activities with production schedules.
• Document and update maintenance logs, work orders, and equipment records.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and promote a culture of continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with vendors and suppliers for spare parts procurement and service requirements.
• Provide technical support to resolve production downtime related to machine malfunctions.

Skills Required:

• Hands-on experience with

  Injection Moulding Machines, Blow Moulding Machines

  and utilities.
• Solid knowledge of

  electrical systems

  and troubleshooting techniques.
• Ability to perform diagnostic tests and repair mechanical and electrical faults.
• Understanding of

  Total Productive Maintenance (TPM)

  practices.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Qualifications:

• Diploma

  or

  B.E. / B.Tech

  in

  Electrical / Mechanical Engineering

  or a related field.
