Assistant Manager Maintenance

Role Overview: You will be responsible for all CNC & VMC Mechanical Maintenance activities. This includes updating the annual PM plan, following the schedule, and monitoring for the same. You will also be in charge of frequently reviewing and updating FMEA, HIRA, aspect impact, QMS, and EHS implementation. Monitoring the Operational control & MTTR, MTBF on a Monthly Basis will be part of your responsibilities. Additionally, you will need to record B.D of each machine, analyze the B.D. %, and take further action for continual improvement within the department. Leading the mechanical Maintenance team for all types of mechanical maintenance as per HOD instruction will also fall under your purview. Scheduling Preventive Maintenance, carrying out breakdown maintenance, and ensuring the timely start of machining activity will be crucial tasks.
