As a Cluster Lead in the Work Dynamics team at JLL, you will leverage your 12-15 years of experience in Integrated Facilities Management (IFM) to lead with strong technical understanding and exemplary leadership skills. You will be an integral part of pre-opening and renovation transition teams at various sites, independently managing two sites. Your responsibilities will include the maintenance and monitoring of HVAC systems, electrical equipment, CCTV, telephones, access control, and fire systems to ensure uninterrupted service. You will be responsible for maintaining the approved suppliers list and ensuring compliance with the limitations imposed on suppliers. This includes planning purchasing activities based on the provided To-Do List and consulting with authorities while finalizing orders. You will also be in charge of communicating with suppliers regarding product or service requirements and obtaining acknowledgments against Purchase Orders to meet legal obligations. Additionally, you will oversee general purchases and be responsible for the implementation and compliance of Environment, Health, and Safety (EHS) standards. Reporting near misses, incidents, and accidents to the Safety committee members, as well as maintaining and upkeeping the 5S standards, will be part of your duties. Support the Factory Management in maintaining an effective EHS Management System with processes for the effective planning, organization, control, monitoring, review, and maintenance of the preventive and corrective measures. Monitoring and reporting of EHS KPIs (EHS dashboards, incident investigations). Implementation of Integrated Management System (ISO 14001, ISO 45001). Drive the EHS implementation, Organize & conduct monthly Safety round & meeting with Factory EHS, Factory team & Factory Manager. Identify near misses, unsafe acts & unsafe conditions and ensure corrective /preventive actions. Analyze UA/UC trends for underlying issues, suggest corrective measures & follow up for compliance. Stop any unsafe acts or processes that seem dangerous or unhealthy. Ensure surveillance of Shopfloor activities to identify and mitigate potential hazards, risks and dangerous occurrences/near misses/unsafe conditions/unsafe acts.
