Job Description

As an Assistant Manager in the pharmaceutical export team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth functioning of export operations. Your responsibilities will include: - Assisting in managing day-to-day export operations and coordinating with various departments for order execution. - Handling documentation and logistics for international shipments. - Effective communication with clients, suppliers, logistics partners, and internal teams. - Ensuring timely dispatch of goods and compliance with export regulations. - Monitoring quality checks with the QA/QC team to maintain product standards. - Supporting senior management in market research, lead generation, and customer service. - Preparing reports, maintaining records, and enhancing operational efficiency. - Quick adaptation to the specific needs of pharmaceutical exports and international trade requirements. Qualifications and Skills required for this role: - Bachelor's degree in any discipline (Science, Commerce, Business, or related fields). - 12 years of work experience preferred; freshers with the right attitude are welcome. - Strong verbal and written communication skills in English. - Ability to multitask, stay organized, and work well under pressure. - Positive attitude, problem-solving mindset, and willingness to take ownership. - Basic knowledge of MS Office tools (Excel, Word, Email). - Interest in learning about pharmaceutical industry standards and global trade processes. This is a full-time position with a day shift schedule. The work location is in person.,
