Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Chennai for an Assistant Manager - Loyalty Sales. The Assistant Manager will be responsible for managing loyalty programs, fostering existing customer and generating references. Key responsibilities will be to Upscale existing customers for Repurchase and generate new sales from their references. Will be handling all current projects and not restricted to one project alone.


Qualifications

  • Experience in managing Loyalty Programs and fostering Customer Loyalty
  • Strong Analytical Skills to assess data and drive insights
  • Proficiency in Sales and Project Management
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
  • Relevant bachelor's degree and experience in a similar role are preferred
