Assistant Manager-Lounge

As an Assistant Manager-Lounge, your primary responsibility will be to provide exceptional customer service to passengers at the front reception counter by greeting, assisting with luggage, taking orders, and serving food and beverages. Additionally, you will be expected to maintain cleanliness by cleaning tables, monitoring shower facility availability, and conducting regular checks of lounge areas. You will also be responsible for paging flight departures and assisting with Meet and Greet services as needed. It is essential to have a strong understanding of currency conversion rates, airport facilities, flight schedules, and airline information. Proficiency in using computers, email, and internet services to assist passengers is required. Collaboration with team members to uphold quality standards and contribute to the continuous improvement of operations will be a key part of your role. Directing F&B department operations, ensuring adherence to company and ISO standards, and identifying areas for enhancement will be crucial tasks. You will also be expected to perform any other duties assigned by your superior.
