, started in May 2022, is an online health platform for kids, helping 1M parents every year solve for their childs physical, mental, and emotional development by offering age-appropriate solutions for nutrition, immunity, brain health, bone health, personal hygiene, and behavioral development with access to expert doctors and nutritionists.

Position

Senior Executive/AM - Logistics

Salary bracket:

7-8 lakhs/annum

Years of experience:

3-5 years, preferably in last mile deliveries for a D2C/B2C start-up

Role Requirements

• Develop and manage relationships with multiple stakeholders, including traditional and new-age logistics solutions providers
• Work closely with the customer happiness team to ensure seamless customer communication regarding their orders
• Initiate proactive solutions to minimize customer queries related to delivery delays
• Collaborate with warehouse operations teams to ensure timely pickups/dispatches of customer orders
• Understand the system requirements and configurations for various tools such as Unicommerce, Clickpost, Gokwik, etc across customer journeys
