  • Supervise the site to comply with the relevant national safety regulations and the
    company's safety Policy, to ensure the safety of the site operation.
  • Making and execute effective materials requirement plan (including Empty Bottle), to ensure the operation.
  • Management of packaging material of empty bottle
  • Responsible for regional layout planning, inventory management, inventory accuracy, and gap analysis
  • Implement the Department 5S inspection monthly, checking the result by using SCL and MCRS
  • Proper tracking of Empty Bottle status in market
  • Follow the environmental policy.
  • Comply with the national food safety law and VPO, implement quality and hazard analysis critical control point (HACCP) standards, to prevent the quality events.
  • Eliminate the skills gap by training, improve their professional skills, bring team together to make progress; responsible for tracking the training plan of staff (including key positions), and update the skill matrix in a timely manner.
  • Complete other tasks in a timely manner, with RACI and SLA tool
  • Achieve the KPI integrity.
  • Responsible for daily/monthly meeting and return bottle data record and analysis.
  • Complete the tasks timely which given by the manager.
  • Responsible for cycle counting of empty bottle and reconciliation of cullet.

Education level and/ or experience -

Graduates or above

1. Engaged in logistics planning and management for two or three years,

2. Familiar with the process of warehousing operation, familiar with the relevant quality management system, also have relative logistics knowledge.

3. Organizing and implementation skill

Have a good sense of responsibility and innovation, can work under pressure.

Skills and/or knowledge-

1 Familiar with VPO management pillar, such as BD, Process map, MCRS, 5S etc.

2 Familiar with VPO people pillar, such as RACI, TSC, training matrix, etc.

3 Familiar with VPO quality pillar, such as food safety policy, HACCP, product quality and integrity of management, quality control of reporting system, etc.

4 Familiar with VPO ES pillar, such as injury prevention, environmental safety alarm, safety operation rules (including, but not limited to, work permit, Lotto, safe use of electricity, etc.

5 Familiar with VPO logistics pillar

6 Familiar with VPO maintenance pillar, such as autonomous maintenance, monitoring (including planning and timing arrangement system functioning correctly, to ensure that the management control system report correct operation, KPI, etc

7 Familiar with relative regulation, such as labor low

Familiar with financial and manufacturing management
