Job Description: As a part of this role, you will be primarily responsible for ensuring risk and compliance to Operational / Process Controls, Service Delivery, Fraud Risk Assessment, Client Contracts, and Organizational Policies and Procedures in your assigned client area. Key Responsibilities: - Implement and maintain operational and process controls to mitigate risks effectively. - Monitor service delivery activities to ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards. - Conduct fraud risk assessments and implement necessary controls to prevent fraudulent activities. - Review client contracts to identify and address any compliance issues. - Ensure adherence to organizational policies and procedures within the client area. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Business Administration, Finance, or Risk Management. - Proven experience in risk management, compliance, or related fields. - Strong understanding of operational and process controls. - Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail. - Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.,
