Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant Manager – Learning & Development at Mementos by ITC Hotels Jaipur. The Assistant Manager will be responsible for planning, organizing, and overseeing training programs that enhance the skills and performance of our employees. Day-to-day tasks include developing training materials, conducting training sessions, evaluating the effectiveness of training programs, and providing ongoing support to staff. Additionally, the role includes monitoring and supervising team members to ensure high standards of performance and customer service.

  • Strong Communication skills
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Experience in the hospitality industry is a plus
