The Assistant Manager will be responsible for planning, organizing, and overseeing training programs that enhance the skills and performance of our employees. Day-to-day tasks include developing training materials, conducting training sessions, evaluating the effectiveness of training programs, and providing ongoing support to staff. Additionally, the role includes monitoring and supervising team members to ensure high standards of performance and customer service.
