Assistant Manager- Learning Co-ordinator

Key Responsibilities: - Manage the execution of learning programs end-to-end, including scheduling, communication, logistics, facilitator management, and feedback collection. - Support the design and seamless delivery of large-scale capability-building programs, leadership initiatives, and org-wide learning campaigns. - Monitor and report learning budgets effectively. - Collaborate with PBPs to roll out new learning initiatives that address evolving business needs. - Track participation, feedback, and impact metrics for programs, presenting insights and recommendations for continuous improvement. - Build strong working relationships with PBPs, external partners, vendors, and internal stakeholders to deliver high-quality learning experiences. Qualifications Required: - Strong coordination, planning, and project management skills. - Ability to manage multiple priorities with attention to detail. - Strong analytical and presentation skills to track and communicate program effectiveness. - Excellent stakeholder management and communication abilities. - Mindset of high ownership, agility, and willingness to experiment with new formats and ideas. - Education: Graduate/post-graduate in HR, Business, or related field.
