Key Skills:

Roles & Responsibilities:

Source, onboard, train, and scale the delivery executive (DE) fleet to achieve business metrics and operational targets.
Assist in developing strategies to scale DE supply, manage operational costs, and drive process improvements.
Design and execute cost-effective DE addition programs, optimize staffing, and enhance operational systems.
Take field and city-level ownership, potentially relocating to manage operations and address local challenges as the primary point of contact.
Conduct data analysis, cost reporting, and provide actionable solutions to operational bottlenecks.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth implementation of launch operations and continuous improvement initiatives.
Monitor operational KPIs and metrics to drive performance, efficiency, and scalability.

Experience Required:

4 - 8 years of experience in supply chain, logistics, operations, or field management roles, preferably in e-commerce or technology sectors.
Hands-on experience in onboarding, training, and managing delivery or operational teams.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and optimize processes.
Exposure to cost management, operational planning, and city-level field operations.
Proven ability to handle cross-functional stakeholder management and drive initiatives independently.
