Assistant Manager

Role-Talent Acquisition
Experience : 5-9 yearsLocation: Mumbai/Pune

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers to understand the requirements of open positions.
  
• Utilize various sourcing methods, including online job boards, social media, professional networks, and direct outreach, to identify potential candidates.
  
• Conduct initial candidate screenings to assess qualifications and fit for the role.
  
• Build and maintain a robust pipeline of relevant candidates.
  
• Develop and implement creative sourcing strategies to attract passive candidates.
  
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate information in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
  
• Provide regular updates and reports on sourcing activities and candidate pipeline status.
  
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in technical recruiting and sourcing.
  

Education Qualification and Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  
• Proven experience as a Bulk recruiter.
  
• Proficiency in using various sourcing tools and techniques, including Boolean searches, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other professional networks.
  
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  
• Ability to work independently and lead a team.
  
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
  
• High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
