Assistant Manager - Kitchen Stewarding

As the Kitchen Utility Supervisor at our company, you will be responsible for managing the daily kitchen operations to ensure guest and associate satisfaction while staying within the operating budget. Your key responsibilities will include: - Ordering and managing necessary supplies to support the kitchen operations - Scheduling events, programs, and activities for efficient workflow - Monitoring inventory levels and informing relevant stakeholders in a timely manner - Coordinating banquet plating and food running with the Banquet Chef - Enforcing proper breakdown procedures for banquets and restaurants - Ensuring compliance with Food & Beverage policies, standards, and regulations - Inspecting supplies, equipment, and work areas for efficiency and quality standards - Managing equipment, china, glass, and silver inventory to ensure cleanliness and adequacy - Purchasing supplies and managing inventories according to budget - Supervising dish room shift operations and implementing safety standards In addition to the above responsibilities, you will also be expected to provide exceptional customer service by attending meetings, communicating with executives, and emphasizing guest satisfaction. You will play a key role in managing human resource activities by providing guidance to subordinates, recruiting and promoting associates, and ensuring compliance with property policies.
