Skill Set - procurement, Capex closure, Open POs, and Pending Bills/GRN , SAP MM

1. JOB CONTEXT AND KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:

Jubilant FoodWorks is amidst transformation & expansion which will fuel the next level of growth, creating both challenges and opportunities. While JFL is the largest QSR in the sub-continent, it is set to double in scale & size with a vision towards becoming a 2000+ Restaurant with Multi Business, Multi Product, Multi-Country Operations.

• Generating Purchase orders/ Work Orders according to the rate contracts alongwith advance planning as per targets.
• Cooridination with warehouses team for inventory laying planning.
• Maintaining share of Business of all suppliers as per Approved Rate Contract.
• Generate weekly / monthly reports for periodic reviewing purchases during the period.
• Establishing effective Procure to Pay process & Streamlining the system and procedures.
• Communication with suppliers/ legal team for vendor legal agreements.
• Communication with Suppliers and OEMs for Bills and monthly reconciliations.
• Coordination with CPD team for Rate contracts.
• Supplier bill verification wrt. to approved rates.
• Vendor Negoatiation and rate finalization for Capex items.
• Formulating MIS reports relating to procurement, Capex closure,Open POs, and Pending Bills/GRN & transmitting them to the manager to facilitate decision-making.
• Good working knowledge of MS Office such as MS Word, PowerPoint, MS Excel, et,c. and internet-based applications for official works, etc.
• Strong Communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of the SAP MM module is a must
• Knowledge of handling Capex and Project Procurement

2. QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE, & SKILLS:

• Qualification Graduation or MBA
• Experience 5-9 years of experience
