Skills and Qualifications
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum,
Waterfall, or hybrid approaches).
• Familiarity with diverse technology stacks, including Java, .NET, Python,
Salesforce, RPA (e.g., Blue Prism, UiPath), and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure).
• Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, MS Project, Asana) for
task tracking and reporting.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills to guide developers, testers,
and analysts.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills to bridge technical
and business teams.
• Analytical and problem-solving abilities to address technical and operational
challenges.
• Knowledge of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and quality assurance
processes.
• Experience with Salesforce will be a plus.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment while maintaining
attention to detail.
Education and Experience Requirements
• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business
Administration, or a related field; PMP, Scrum Master, or ITIL certification is a
plus.
• [4-5 years] of experience in IT project coordination or management, with
exposure to diverse technology stacks.
• [4-5 years] of experience in a supervisory or team lead role within IT services or
software development.
• Hands-on experience with at least one major tech stack (e.g., Java, .NET,
Python, Salesforce) and familiarity with project management in multi-stack
environments.
