Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Infrastructure Management:
Maintain and monitor servers, networks, and systems to ensure high availability and performance.
Incident & Problem Management:
Respond to and resolve IT incidents, service requests, and problems in a timely and efficient manner.
System Administration:
Administer Windows/Linux servers, Active Directory, virtualization platforms (VMware/Hyper-V), and cloud services (Azure/AWS).
Security & Compliance:
Implement and monitor security protocols, conduct regular audits, and ensure compliance with IT policies and standards.
Backup & Disaster Recovery:
Manage data backup solutions and disaster recovery plans to safeguard business continuity.
Vendor & Asset Management:
Coordinate with external vendors for hardware/software procurement and manage IT assets inventory.
Documentation & Reporting:
Maintain accurate documentation of systems, processes, and configurations. Prepare regular reports on IT performance and incidents.
Collaboration & Support:
Work closely with cross-functional teams to support IT needs and provide technical guidance.
