Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

1.

• Support the deployment, maintenance, and troubleshooting of IT hardware including POS systems, servers, networks, and security devices.
• Assist in implementing IT policies, security standards, and backup procedures.
• Coordinate with vendors and service providers for hardware maintenance and issue resolution.

2.

• Assist in the administration and support of enterprise systems such as ERP, POS, WMS, HRMS, ticketing, and other business applications.
• Coordinate with internal users and vendors to resolve system issues and manage upgrades or enhancements.
• Support process automation and system improvements.

3.

• Assist in maintaining data accuracy, accessibility, and system integrity across platforms.
• Coordinate with analytics teams to ensure operational data requirements are met.

Key Requirements:

• 4-8 years

  of experience in IT operations, infrastructure, or systems support roles.
• Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, networking, cyber security basics, and cloud platforms.
• Hands-on experience or exposure to

  enterprise systems

  such as ERP, POS, HRMS, WMS, or similar platforms.
• Basic understanding of data analytics and reporting tools (Power BI, Tableau, SQL preferred).
• Strong problem-solving, coordination, and communication skills.

Education & Certifications

• Bachelor's or Masters degree in

  Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field

• Certifications such as ITIL, PMP, CISSP, or cloud certifications (AWS, Azure) are a plus.
