Assistant Manager- Internal Audit

Role Overview: As an Assistant Manager- Internal Audit at Malabar Head Quarters, your main responsibility will be to execute audit engagements independently. You will also assist in special assignments as requested and may need to travel domestically when necessary. Your role will involve updating process narratives, assessing risks associated with processes, identifying key controls, and helping teams develop policies that constitute these controls. Additionally, you will play a crucial part in the proper internal audit management of the Group by providing adequate support and submitting evidence. It will be your responsibility to ensure that all reports are accurate, objective, clear, concise, constructive, and delivered in a timely manner. You may also be required to perform any related work assigned by the Executive Committee - Audit and Head of Internal Audit. Key Responsibilities: - Execute audit engagements independently - Assist in special assignments upon request or as needed - Update process narratives and assess associated risks - Identify key controls and assist in policy development - Provide support in internal audit management and submit evidence - Ensure accuracy, objectivity, and timeliness of reports - Perform any additional work assigned by the Executive Committee Qualifications Required: - Educational Qualification: CA or CA Intermediate - Age: 25-30 - Experience: 0 to 1 year Please note that the salary range for this position is as per industry standards in India.,
