The Associate Global Projects will play a key role in expanding CLIRNET's global network by establishing partnerships with medical institutions, associations, and healthcare organizations worldwide. The role demands strong communication, networking, and business development skills to drive collaborations and project growth.
* Establish and maintain professional relationships with medical institutions, associations, and healthcare organizations across the globe.
* Conduct online presentations, pitches, and product demonstrations to prospective partners.
* Generate and qualify leads through effective use of cold emailing, LinkedIn networking, and other digital outreach methods.
* Co-ordinate with cross-functional teams to optimize user experience on CLIRNET's digital platform while proactively managing and resolving project-related challenges or crises
* Research and identify new business opportunities and potential partnership avenues in the global healthcare domain.
* Maintain accurate records of outreach activities, lead progress, and partnership pipelines.
* Achieve monthly and quarterly targets related to lead generation, partner acquisition, and HCP Acquisition.
* Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Management, or a related field.
* 23 years of experience in sales, marketing, business development, or partnership management (preferably in healthcare, edtech, or SaaS sectors).
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills; fluency in English is essential.
* Proven experience in lead generation, cold outreach, and LinkedIn-based networking.
* Comfortable with conducting online meetings, presentations, and client pitches.
* Strong organizational and coordination skills with the ability to work across teams.
* Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
