Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Inside Sales Specialist based in Noida. The Inside Sales Specialist will be responsible for generating leads, managing customer relationships, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Daily tasks include responding to inquiries, qualifying prospects, maintaining customer records, and ensuring a high level of customer service and support. The role also involves effective communication with clients to understand their needs and provide appropriate product solutions.

• Experience in Inside Sales and Lead Generation
• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
• Proven ability in maintaining Customer Satisfaction
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
• Knowledge of international trading practices is a plus
