Roles and Responsibilities :
Customer Quality -
1- Ensuring no customer complaint.
2-Addressing customer complaint with CFT and ensuring corrective action to customer and implementation of the same.
3-Performing warranty analysis and making report.
4-Facing customer audit.
Final Quality-
1-Managing team for final inspection.
2-Ensuring daily required output after 100% inspection for packing.
3-Monitoring final inspection rejection PPM and implementing action for critical defects.
4-Training and evaluating the performance of trainees.
In process Quality -
1-Ensuring First off and set up approval for all processes.
2-Ensuring error proofing in the processes as per Control Plan.
3-Monitoring Non conformance output and corrective action with cross functional team.
4-Monitoring Kaizen Projects using 7QC tools.
System requirements -
1-Managing IATF compliance and facing audit
2-Submiting PPAP documents with quality standards.
3-Ensuring Control Plan, FMEA as per requirement
4-Conducting manufacturing process audit, product audit, layout inspection as per plan
5-Implementing Statistical Process Control (SPC ) as per control plan
6-Conducting MSA study as per plan
7- Ensuring Calibration of Gauges and Instruments.
