Job Description

We are looking for

Manage month-end closure as per the finance calendar of multiple legal entities, ensuring compliance with Indian Accounting Standards and the Companies Act, 2013.
Prepare financial statements, including consolidated financial statements, according to Ind-AS.
Develop and prepare schedules as per the auditors' requirements.
Close yearly and quarterly financials/reports and manage the audit process with a Big 4 auditor.
Liaise with teams and auditors regularly to ensure timely completion of audits.
Provide insights and recommendations based on financial analysis to support strategic decision-making.

You Might Be Our Ideal Match If You:

Hold a Qualified Chartered Accountant (preferred but not mandatory), MBA Finance, CMA, or any other relevant qualification.
Have a minimum of 5 years of post-qualification experience in finance consolidation.
Possess in-depth knowledge and hands-on experience in maintaining accounts under Indian Accounting Standards and the Companies Act, 2013.
Have experience working with Indian entities and not from global organizations.
Demonstrate strong MS Excel and PowerPoint skills, along with SAP experience.
Have experience managing audits with Big 4 audit firms.
Exhibit excellent written and oral communication skills.
Show a demonstrated ability to deliver on agreed engagement plans.
