Assistant Manager (Incubation and Entrepreneurship)

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and manage incubation and acceleration programs related to climate and sustainability entrepreneurship
• Create an ecosystem of climate and sustainability organizations as partners for supporting the Climate, Environment, and Sustainability Education at BITS
• Organize a student/faculty entrepreneurship related conference/event on sustainability and climate
• Build a mentor/expert network of climate and sustainability entrepreneurs, investors, and experts
• Promote co-creation of climate and sustainability solutions between Startups and Faculty at BITS Pilani
• Organize Extensive Customer and Investor Connects for Startups
• Pursue opportunities for funding from Government (CEST etc.), Non-Profit Foundations, CSR, and alumni in the area of climate and sustainability
• Any other task as assigned by CEO, Incubation and Entrepreneurship

Qualifications

• Postgraduate

  with

  5 years of relevant experience or Graduate with 15 years of relevant experience,

  with at least

  3 years of experience in a climate and sustainability focused organization.

• Former Founders in Climate and Sustainability space preferred.

Required Skills

• Ability to work with minimum / abstract information.
• Independent and Self Starter Attitude.
• Strong & Demonstrated Excel, PowerPoint and Word Skills
